I applied on indeed and was reached out to through indeed messenger to provide my availability. I responded and never heard back. Two weeks later I received a call outside my provided availability time to have a phone interview. I called back when I was available and did not speak the the hr department but to the mother of the ceo. We went through standard questions and she wanted to have me go to the next round. The next rounds were two in person interviews, I mentioned I have a position and asked if they would be open to a zoom interview, she said she will check with her daughter. When I heard back she said her daughter, the ceo, is not open to zoom. So I declined since I wasn’t available for a second round in person interview.
