Got a call from a screener. Asked a few questions and set me up for an interview. The interview was going to take place 3 day after phone screening. Phone screener told me to prepare myself for an in-depth interview and gave me a couple key questions to get ready for. The interview was going to be early in the morning because I was in a different time zone. Thirty minutes prior to the interview taking place I got a call from the recruiter saying that they have canceled interviews for the DM position. Very unprofessional on the part of the hiring team to ask a candidate to accommodate an early interview time and then cancel last minute. If this company does not value my time now then I doubt they will value my time later.
