I submitted an application online and a few days later received a call from the recruiter, we set up a time that would work best for the both of us, a day or two later she calls me at the scheduled time. During our call we had a really good conversation, sounded like a good fit (the company seems to be supportive towards their employees & values customer relationships, the same way that I do - which is exactly what I was looking for. I felt the recruiter was totally support of me since she said she will have the district manager give me a call (he runs 10+ locations throughout California) so I knew his availability would be limited. He called me a few hours after my phone interview, I missed his call (since I was at work w/ my current employer), I called him back a day later and he was driving so he said he would call me me back, he called a few hours later and I told him: "sorry I missed your call - I was at work & needed to get a few days off so that I would be available during the times they are open -- I told him that I'm free Tues or Weds - whichever is best for him". He Said ok, I'll call you back (he was really short over the phone and made me feel like I was a burden). A few days pass -- no call!! I was super disappointed and really confused because the phone interview went well and truly thought they would have really liked me
