I answered an ad on Craigslist and found myself interviewing on the warehouse floor the same day. One could say that there wasn't an interview process.The owner basically needed someone in the office to take phone calls, schedule jobs, collect payments, request permits and maintain the social media presence. The last three people either quit or were fired.
