It was online hiring. First we exchange emails and while corresponding discussed the main things. Than I had a phone conversation with HR Manager and we discussed the details. I signed the documents online and started the probation period. It was totally new experience and I doubted the whole time. Only during COVID lockdown I realized how handy the whole process is. The whole hiring process hid the fact that actually the company has values and goals. I learned much later that the atmosphere, inclusion, work-life balance are important in this company.
