The founder spread around pages and gave a topic to write articles on. If the article cleared the first screening then the group had to go through a Group Discussion procedure. After clearing the procedure, face to face interview was scheduled.

I was an outstation candidate. So for me it was a skype interview for more than 45 minutes. The process had a mixture of writing skill test, basic tech questions, trivia based questions. They take some time in replying.
