I filled out an application on line and sent my resume. About 4-6 months later they finally called. It took weeks to set us a phone interview, when it happened it was over in about 15 minutes. I got a call back for an in-person interview. It took another several weeks to get that set up. I went in for the interview, and several of the people I was supposed to meet could not meet with me. The hiring manager told me I was in a very advanced stage of the selection process, but only talked to me for about 40 mins. I spoke with one of the kids of one of the owners family for a short time and then got a tour. I was told I would hear something in two weeks. And nothing... I was totally ghosted by the company. I sent follow up emails and made follow up calls for weeks and not a word from the company. Any company that would ghost a potential employee in a very advanced stage of the recruitment process is not a company worth working for.
