Started off with a phone interview with the director from the New York branch and was mostly behavioral questions and a resume walk through. The second round consisted of 5-30 minute interviews via Skype. Once again they were all mostly behavioral trying to get to know you better and 1 case study question. At the end of the interview you receive a written case that you need to respond to within 30 minutes. I was flown out to the Chicago office for my final interview which consisted of a lunch, followed by a presentation of the company. Afterwards there was a 3-1 interview with directors and upper management followed by a 2-1 interview with 2 more managers. They were all mostly behavioral questions and wanted to know why you wanted to work at the company and what made you qualified. Know why you want to work there, be passionate about the company and be able to relate your experiences to the questions they ask. They will ask you tough, uncomfortable questions, meet them head on and honestly.
