I went through multiple rounds with StraighterLine, each friendlier and more praise-worthy than the next. The interview process was easy, and I felt there to be a strong cultural fit, as their HR department verified in my final, yet sadly generic, "Thanks, but we've decided to go with someone else" email. Ultimately, this wasn't even true, as I saw the job I was interviewing for posted just a day before I received this "we've decided to go with a stronger candidate" email. I was overqualified for this position to begin with, and I found their lack of sincerity and reasoning to be incredibly offputting. It was a sincere waste of time, especially for a company with little brand recognition.
