i had a poor experience with this company. i was rushed into a morning interview and invited down, only for the boss to say i lacked experience—something they could’ve figured out just by reading my cv beforehand. it felt like they didn’t value my time at all. there was ample time and opportunity for them to communicate that. when i arrived, the first four people i interacted with looked completely disengaged, like they were just going through the motions. the culture gave off a weird vibe—like a family-run setup where everyone just says “yes” to the boss. not exactly inspiring if you’re looking for a place where you can grow or have a voice. after reading other reviews, i realized my experience wasn’t unique. most of the positive reviews seem to be from current employees, which makes you wonder. if you have other options, you might want to seriously reconsider spending your energy here.
