Expect 2–3 behavioral interviews with questions focused on: Business Domain: Your understanding of the business, operating model, client needs, and how you solve ambiguous problems. Technology: Your experience working with technology teams, platforms, data, automation, systems, and transformation initiatives. Agentic AI: Whether you have used or explored agentic AI to improve workflows, drive efficiency, or support decision-making. Offshore Resourcing: Your experience managing offshore teams, coordinating across time zones, and driving delivery through distributed resources.

Seriously very very bad. HR doesn't respond to mails, calls, text messages anything. Process takes a lot of time. They put your application on hold for no reason what so ever. Interviewer asks details like where the candidate is based out of and how early can they join. Even after everything sits well they don't respond and take applications forward. Don't know hy they waste their own time and our time taking interviews when you don't want to hire. Had three rounds of interviews. After each round HR took 10-12 days to respond. After third round when everything seemed to be heading in right direction, no communication from HR. Avoid this company if you can and keep it as the last resort.
