A bit long-winded. It took multiple weeks to finish, but overall very happy with how throughout it was. Though it would make sense since it's all async for the company so even though it might take months 3 weeks for me sounded a bit to long.

The hiring process went very smoothly. Most of it was handled directly by the hiring managers, with no interaction with HR until the final stage. The interviews were straightforward. In the second round, I had a technical interview that was fair and focused on addressing day-to-day challenges with Strapi.
