Consisted of a phone call and then one zoom interview with the same person for both (I was surprised by this). The call was a way for interviewer to see if you are going to be a good fit for Sales. Second and final round was behavioral questions and a mock scenario where they assess your sales skills. (very chill, they tell you to sell anything you want like a car).

Fairly easy. It was 2 interviews with the recruiter. One over the phone and one over zoom. Basic sales experience. They will ask if you're comfortable with cold calling people.
