Although the initial pre-screen (with a 3rd party recruiting agency) was very pleasant, the actual interview (via Skype) was a very different feel - hiring manager began with the caveat that it was a culture fit interview, and seemed somewhat reluctant to discuss the role, and instead asked about my family, friends, personal life. After that, focus was on what questions I had, although with the feeling that it was to be more personal and less about the position, it then became awkward to find relevant questions, and interviewer became slightly agitated when asked about the role requirements and how that related to the job experience expectations (including saying that the question was "b*llsh*t"). Philosophy and style were not for me, was a bit grateful to receive the decline mail. Pros were that the process was timely and quickly communicated, from pre-screen through 2nd round & decline.

Most unexpected was that the majority of the interview was focused on what questions I had for the interviewer/company - while I had about 5 lined up, I wasn't expecting to have to fill a half an hour session with my own questions.
