The interview process goes through three steps: interview with the manager, a door-to-door sales experience with an employee, and interview again with the manager. Overall, this is a door-to-door sales company. I did not know until the second "interview", which was something I was not looking for in a job. I highly suggest to avoid this business, as door-to-door sales do not give you the tools needed to really advance in a company well enough.
