Had to do 3 tests online through their website before I was called for an interview. These tests took around 2 weeks. There was a typical personality test, the typical "How do you think that working for us goes hand in hand with your future career", and a general psychometric test. After all these, they sent me communication info, and called me for a face-to-face interview. This interview lasted 1 hour, and I was asked all shorts of typical things, the person that was interviewing me had a 10-page brochure and noted down my replies. Asked me 3 pros and 3 cons of my personality, and generally it was a typical boring interview. By the books. The position would be a full time intern (8 hours per day, even though his answers implied more hours) for 3 months, and then they would go ahead and decide if they want to proceed to hire me. He said that the learning period could last between 2 weeks and those 3 months. In the meantime, while it being a full-time position, I would "give nothing back to the company", so the monthly payment would be less than 200 euro. Which is practically 1.25 euro / hour. Also, the hours would not be flexible, so you are not supposed to have a second real job to make money. They said they would notify me for a next interview in 1 week. Got a notification through their site that my application was denied.
