The recruitment process consist of 4 steps. The first one is a math test, A short version of the GMAT test. The second test is a group interview where they will test your ability to be a team player. The third step is a case in point interview while the final phase consists in presenting a case solution to partners of the company.

Smooth but very long time to receive the final decision. Took about 3
-4 weeks to do all the interviews, 2 rounds of 2 inteviews but waited over a month for a final answer
2 -45 minute interviews half case and half behavioral, first round is an assessment that looks at your interpersonal skills and strengths and then you move directly into the superday
