Initially submitted both CV and cover letter. Invited to the 'recruiting marathon'. Three interviews carried out back to back with different interviewers working at the firm. Interviews involved one case study each and a selection of normal interview questions in a conversational format. Two in german, one in english.

Similar to the interview procedure at other consulting firms. However, this firm only has one case interview round with three interviews on one day.
Case interview is the most critical part and requires most practice.

Quick online assessment then one round with two back to back case interviews 45 minutes each. More focus on behavioral questions than casing. Entirely remote and quick feedback. Very friendly interviewers and an overall good experience
