There were 2 rounds of interviews. In each round there were two 45 minute interviews. I applied to an office in a different state, so the first round was conducted via skype. For the second round, I was flown to the office.
Each interview was identically structured. First, the interviewer gave some background about him/herself. Next, they asked some personal questions. A case study then took up about 20-30 minutes, leaving 5 minutes for questions for the interviewer

All the case studies were fairly typical. Be prepared to answer questions with and without data. Practice doing mental arithmetic whilst simultaneously explaining what you are doing. If you make a mistake, don't get flustered.

Smooth but very long time to receive the final decision. Took about 3
-4 weeks to do all the interviews, 2 rounds of 2 inteviews but waited over a month for a final answer
2 -45 minute interviews half case and half behavioral, first round is an assessment that looks at your interpersonal skills and strengths and then you move directly into the superday

De sollicitatieprocedure was erg professioneel en persoonlijk. Alles wordt haarfijn uitgelegd, waarbij je zelfs de mogelijkheid krijgt om een case met een consultant te oefenen voordat je op gesprek komt.
