- 1st step is online logic test (English, numeric, pattern recognition)
- After logic test, goes to interview 4x (2x with senior associate / manager, 2x with director / partner)
- 1st interview went well, 15 minutes of personal motivation and fit interview followed by 45 minutes of case interview
- 2nd interview went longer than scheduled, 20 minutes of personal motivation and fit interview, 30 minutes of case interview, and 30 minutes of q & a
- 3rd interview went well, 10 minutes of personal motivation and fit interview, 45 minutes of case interview
- 4th interview went a bit difficult as interviewer uses a different case format than the previous three, 10 minutes of personal motivation and fit interview, 1 hour of case interview followed by 15 minutes of q & a

Super angenehme und wirklich interessierte Interviewer, mit denen man super connecten kann. Habe ich bei MBB anders erlebt. Klassisches Consulting Interview mit Personal fit und Case Study. Der Prozess mit allen 3 Runden ist remote und an einem Tag erledigt, inklusive Vertragsangebot, welches man direkt am selben Tag erhält. Ein Interview ist auf Englisch.

The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
