Assessment day. 2 case study interviews, one which you get documents beforehand and read through and prepare for 15 mins (this one had no competency or personal interview questions) followed by conversation and Q&A with interviewer. Other case study consisted of being told information exclusively from the interviewer and coming to your own framework, strategy, analysis and conclusions. There was also a written, numerical and logical reasoning examinations.
