Submitted my resume through a university representative, received a call after 2 weeks to join a recruiting event in Paris. 3 interviews of 45 minutes consisting of 15 minutes behavioral and 30 minutes case study. Altogether the interviewers were friendly and welcoming, had a great fit with each one of them. The case studies were not particularly hard for a standard consulting job interview.

Der Prozess mit allen 3 Runden ist remote und an einem Tag erledigt, inklusive Vertragsangebot, welches man direkt am selben Tag erhält. Ein Interview ist auf Englisch.

The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
