Recruiting and interview process took 6+ months, HR repeatedly forgot that I was in the process and for each round, I had to email the manager/partner to get them to follow up.
4 rounds of interviews, 1 hr each. 30 min personal fit, 20 min case, 5-10 min questions.
Other than the HR debacle, all the interviewers were very nice and colleagial.

Case questions were all pretty straightforward: new financial market platform in a GCC country, compare and select one of two large CAPEX investments, infrastrcucture/economic considerations when building a skyscraper, business build-up of domestic healthcare platform to compete with foreign competitors

Had two rounds of three interviews each, back to back, over two weeks. The first round with managers (one with a SA) and the second with partners at the firm. The process was well managed. The interview consisted of a regular case interview pattern - prompt, analysis recommendation. Nothing unusual.
