Two phases: first by a group of 6 people including the potential hiring manager. after that, all the down-selects (6) bet for a group interview with the CEO. She asked questions 'round-robin style to each member of the group. Same question starting with candidate #1, and then after they answered, candidate #2 got to answer. Then second question started with candidate #2 and went around the room.
