Screening call followed by group interviews and presentation. Met many very impressive and quite a diverse selection of analysts but management seemed a bit haphazard in organization and approach.

Many geopolitical questions and focus on regional knowledge
A series of very broad questions but nothing overly special. Just probing around for how you think. 3-4 people on interview panel however not a ton of information on how they produce.
