I applied online, then received a quick response the next day asking to schedule a phone interview. Conducted a phone interview the following week. Received an email the day after the holiday (independence day) explaining that I was not a chosen candidate. I responded to the email requesting feedback about my interview and received a phone call from the human resources manager. She gave me constructive feedback and I highly appreciate that. Most companies will not take the time to do that and I was very impressed.
