Phone Interview then in person. Met in the office and looked at the duties of the position. Was asked if this seemed easy enough to handle and whether or not I had any questions.

3 different phone interviews with 3 different people. All telling me different things, none telling me anything about commission structure, been selling this "new" product for a year but currently only have 1 SDR, probably because all the others quit. Didn't even bother to take the in person interview because they told me it would be almost 4 hrs (3 hrs 45 min) and because I was told different compensation every time the position was talked about. This company needs to realize there are soooo many SDR positions in the Sacramento area, and they actually need us more than SDRs need them. Good luck in your hiring process.
