(Summer 2015) I sent an resume over email in response to an email that was circulating in the military (reserves). I was then directed to apply on the company website. A week later I had a phone interview with the company recruiter (now a vacant post). His questions were largely just confirming the details of my resume (yes, I really was in the military; yes I really did go to that school and that war zone). There were NO questions about teamwork or managerial styles or even future plans (beyond "yes, I want to be a contractor"). The phone interview was the only interview I did - everything after that was coordinating my selection to the contract and my start date.
