I was referred by my bootcamp and the project manager reached out to me via email and sent a coding assessment for front end and back end created by their company. it was multiple choice questions on JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, React, etc. Project manager scheduled an interview over Microsoft Teams with me, the project manager, and the team lead developer. Developer asked about my projects and experience in boot camp and was told I would hear back in a week. Project manager scheduled another interview with the CPO. I wasn't really sure why a chief level employee was interviewing me, and I want to note that it's a red flag with how the company is run. CPO asked me the same questions as team lead and told me about the role and how he was trying to diversify the company, and then asked my salary range. They told me I would get an offer letter by next week, and I did and signed (I didn't realize you have to negotiate before the offer since this was my first time being offered a salary job. Don't make my mistake!)
