It's as described on the website (which is a good sign), four stages - proper consistent communication at each stage - proper feedback - I was surprised by this because most companies are always 'overwhelmed' by the number of applicants and so never provide individualised feedback. My favourite part of the interview was the third stage where I got the chance to discuss my thought process on my implementation of the take home test. It was also the stage that gave me the best chance to understand the priorities of the tech team and ensure they align with mine (yep, they did).

I have come on to leave a review of the process which I havent really done before for any company. The whole process was pretty seamless and I have to say is one of the best I have experienced recently. I got feedback at every stage , in some cases in-between stages. This is very refreshing as alot of tech roles I have applied for the process has been messy and alot of the time radio silence is normal!
