The interview process was friendly, transparent and efficient throughout the three stages. It was very refreshing to have clear expectations and a solid process in place and have this communicated and adhered to from the beginning of the process. The interviews and panellist involved were a true testament of Strengthscope's culture and people, which was highly motivating for myself to succeed in this opportunity.
