I went through the screening, interview with the hiring manager, and another round of panel interviews with software design-related questions and a leetcode challenge without any issues. I successfully completed the coding challenge and answered all the questions. However, I received a response stating they chose another candidate, which was surprising to me.

I usually don't like take-home tests because they take too much time from the candidate, but Stride spent time speaking with me before sending me the link, and the test itself: - The problem itself is something simple and fun - You can solve it in around 3 hours - It is a real Software ENGINEERING test, not a computer science quiz Also, it was a great experience talking to the Stride team, everyone was very kind. The on-site interview consists of a pair-programming session, architecture and systems design discussion, discussion about agile methodologies and consulting in general.
