Colloquio
I applied online and was contacted by their recruiting coordinator a few days later. I didn't make it to the final interview but am not too sure why as I didn't receive feedback on why they passed on my candidacy. The phone interview was pretty straight forward. Typical screening questions including "What are the three most important traits a recruiting coordinator needs to have?" and "What is your long term career goal?" After the phone interview, at the end of the conversation, the recruiting coordinator expressed that they'd like to bring me on-site and meet a few members of the team. Their interview process consists of a phone interview, an on-site interview with a few recruiters and then a final interview with the rest of their recruiting team. I came on-site and their building is absolutely amazing! I met with two recruiters, one which was new to the team but not new to recruiting and the other has been at Stripe for over a year. The first recruiter I met with asked questions such as "Why Stripe?", "Can you tell me about a situation where a candidate wasn't happy with their experience and what you did to mitigate the issue?", "If a candidate was set to fly out for an interview and the hotel you booked was no longer available, what would you do?" Questions were pretty straight forward and seemed they just wanted to understand how you would improve the candidate experience in different situations. The second part of the interview which is specific to if you're interviewing for a recruiting coordinator is they put you through a skills test. The first part of the test is scheduling flights for candidates. They gave me two candidates with a bunch of different specifics and the recruiter would watch how you scheduled their flights. After you did this, they had you schedule their interview day among 5 recruiters with busy busy schedules. After the interview, the recruiter told me I did very well which is why I'm surprised i didn't make it past the second interview. They emailed me a few days later saying that they were passing on my candidacy. Not much detail as to why, the team seemed pretty cool too.

Had a brief 30 minute "behavioral" phonically interview. A couple days later I got an email saying they were not moving forward. I did not get any real feedback on why I was not selected to move on to the next round.

Colloquio
I applied through the stripe site and was contacted within a few days to set up an interview through a scheduling tool- the interviewer ended up having to reschedule just prior to our meeting, but we did finally connect.
Initial interview was pretty basic with general questions, the interviewer was personable and gave me a take home test consisting of composing answers to a series of emails to be completed in three business days.
I was not able to submit my test to the link provided as it was no longer active after 1 day, so I emailed it to the recruiter as indicated if there were issues submitting and have not heard from them since.
Stripe seemed like an interesting place to work, but the recruiting process leaves a bit to be desired.

If you could do anything, describe the steps you'd take to give prospective candidates a picture of what working at the company is like.
