interview was a 2 day process... first day there was a one on one...and then if you get selected, second day they will take you to the field and show you how to get donations form people by buttering them..and after that their will be a third round of interview too which is a one on one again where they will ask you what you learned on field..

firstly they ask you to fill a performa, which contains some questions and then the ceo ask you several questions. there are overall 3 rounds. firstly they check your communication skill and check your overall personality. and then they will you some task to check your business skills. and lastly there is a hr round

The interview is an interactive process. Generally, take 3 days. The questions are easy but you have to be spontaneous. My interviewer is however very accommodating. Must try if you are looking for management opportunities.
