The hiring process is quite long as it takes about 3 weeks plus and possibly longer as there are references checks involved. The hiring manager and HR are generally okay as they asked appropriate questions. However, the HR should learn to be more clear about the hiring process as there were some things that i was told last minute by him such as making me come down for the interview 30 mins earlier to do a test and going for a 2nd round interview which he didn’t mention it during the first round. Also, the 2nd round was with the head of HR and most of the questions asked were about the same as the ones asked during the 1st round, which honestly was a complete waste of my time.
