There were various stages during the interview process: - Informal phone conversation - 1:1 interview with skills test for, typing, writing and excel tasks - along with meeting the team - Formal competency based interview - Powerpoint presentation to demonstrate and showcase your experience and some ideas It's the first time I have experienced an interview using this format but the Directors made you feel at ease and I was comfortable carrying out the tasks at hand. I was very impressed with their professional approach and it made me confident about the kind of employers that Stroud Resourcing would be after the interview- and my impression was correct.
