A couple of interviews (virtual and in person) and a personality test. HR seemed capable but actual leadership members interviewing had the personalities of a warm refrigerator which resulted in almost zero back and forth. I'd recommend using different team members for future interviews. One team member made strong attempts at "big league-ing" the candidate but they fell flat. Weird insecure energy from interviewers to be honest. Pay structure offered was low considering the amount of travel involved as well...Might as well work the oil fields for 3x the salary for the schedule they described in the interview.
