Very pathetic experience, after being interviewed 8 times, gallup, telephonic, face to face, onsite manager and hr for more than one month, hr stopped responding and after following up for 10 days she said sorry we are looking for developer with UI expertise as well and even though I have that skill they said you are not interviewed on that and I asked for schedule another interview which they promised but never happened. They trick you dont give you hike by saying you will part of Stryker best company in world bla bla and 10% hike only.. My suggestion don't keep waiting for this interview marathon, you will be wasting your time with no increment look for better opportunities who values skills over other things.
