First interview with recruiter went well (basic background experience and minor behavioral questions), and the Gallup interview was pure behavioral questions. Was told I wasn't a good match after the Gallup.

Process was slow and took about one month of interviewing. They’ll definitely question your technical knowledge. Make sure to have good presentation skills, know your math, manufacturing and showcase all your projects

Unfortunately, not good. They bailed on the interview without notice. I'm not sure if this was a communication error on their part or the engineer was busy who would have given me an interview. But since they didn't get back to me, I'm assuming they just are unprofessional all around.
