Interview process is very structured. There are multiple rounds of interview to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on selection. It also ensures that various dimensions are evaluated. Gallup interview is about culture and leadership match. It is not so easy to get through these phases.
Straightforward and easy. 1 round by headhunter, 1 by hiring manager and 1 by head of department and HR and finalize with a test. Introduce, motivation, technical questions, why join us.
It was a long process, and they did not answer my questions about salary and benefits. Nickel and dimed on salary. Salary was low and not within a decent range for the location of the company.
Recruiter has initial call and then call with hiring manager and lastly a panel of 3 to 4 people interview you mostly behavior based questions. Overall process is slow and takes for 1-2 months from start to finish
