Quite possibly the worst process I've been through. Started off by meeting with each rep in each of the territories for separate interviews. Once 3-4 of those were completed I met the hiring manager. The process seemed to be going great, as they told me I was there top guy and wanted to get me in as soon as possible. The one catch I should have picked up on at first was that they could never tell me what position was actually open and what the compensation looked like. I was told they just weren't sure what corporate was going to allow them to do and that we would figure that out in the coming months.
They then had me take a pre-gallup to ensure I would pass the actual gallup, which I did. Next step was to do a job shadow in the OR, which is where things took a turn. The rep was supposed to contact me the following week letting me know what day I would be with him. He never did. So I reached out on Friday asking to discuss next steps on Monday and got no response. I then reached out to the hiring manager asking when I would be scheduled to take the gallup and when I could do a ride along. He responded by saying I was no longer being considered because of my lack of following up. I can honestly say I have never interviewed with a company that could not tell me what the job was, how much it paid, or when the start day was, but wanted the candidate to control the process. The whole interview process felt scattered and unprofessional. While Stryker seems like a decent company, they come across very cocky in the sense that they believe Stryker is the best and only option out there.

Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.

Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
It was a very informative and great interview process. A lot of interviews but enjoyed getting to know more about the team and company. I think it was 4-5 rounds.
