First is a non formal phone interview with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, a gallup test and then a follow up. Conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews

The interview was not bad at all. There were three total rounds. One with manager, then a gallup test, then a panel interview with the manager, team lead and sales rep.
