Called in for two interviews- looked promising but then never heard back- not sure what happened never received a rejection letter but also did not get a job offer.... just dead air. I was using a recruiter who set up the initial contact but he also diode not get any feedback so I am not sure what the story was. I was qualified and felt I was a good fit .

Phone interview with HR, lots of questions quick paced. Another phone interview with hiring manager and a senior level comp Analyst. Then Gallup interview. Worst part of the entire process! Gallup was "not aligned"
