I recently had an unsettling experience while applying for a job and reaching out to the recruiter for an update. After attending a first-round interview, I took the initiative to send a follow-up email to express my continued interest and inquire about the status of my application. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I received no response from the recruiter. It is disheartening and unprofessional to be completely ignored after taking the time to follow up on my application. As an applicant, I expected at least a basic courtesy of a response, even if it was a simple acknowledgment or a brief update on the hiring process. The lack of any reply whatsoever reflects poorly on the professionalism and integrity of the recruiter and the company they represent. Reaching out to the recruiter was an attempt to seek clarification and closure. However, the fact that my email went unanswered suggests a lack of consideration and communication on their part. Such behavior can have a negative impact on the reputation of the company, as it creates a poor candidate experience and erodes trust in the organization's hiring practices. I sincerely hope that the recruiter and the company take this feedback as an opportunity for introspection and improvement in their communication practices.

It is nice and the interview was also nice . They asked conceptual questions .It was logical and structural too. They also asked how we got to know about the stryker and all important questions

Interviewer was late, crabby and tried to talk me out of the job. When I rebutted she then told me she didn't even read the description and proceeded to. I dropped off the call.

Why do you want this job when most of your experience is in something else.
HR and line manager interviews went well, but there will be a personality test, which is crazy. About 45mins, I am boombed with tons of questions, there is no OK or not OK answer, the interviewer wont explain you the questions as well, which is very annoying.
