The talent acquisition seemed disinterested in their job. Truly an awesome first interview with the actual team, the hiring manager was positive and fun to talk with. Was then passed on to their Gallup assessment that was 60 min over the phone. Have not heard a single word since then (6/30/23) after thanking the team and following up. Didn’t expect Stryker to ghost especially after the initial interview with the HM who was extremely excited about my skillset but that seems to be the MO of companies these days. Bad culture bullet dodged.
