First round was with hiring manager, then the second round was with the finance director. But final decision was made upon the results of a personality test, done at the very end of the process.

In person interview with the hiring manager (FP&A manager). Then interview with a Finance director of a business unit and the FP&A director. Final stage was a personality test taken over the phone.
