Applied online, received a phone interview and three weeks later a rejection email. The phone interview was about an hour long and consisted of multiple behavioral questions. Interviewer was a little rude on the phone, recruiter would not answer emails, they took a long time getting back.

It went smoothly for the most part, especially because they employ a bot to schedule calls. However, I had been ghosted for more than a month after the last round of the interview, after multiple follow-up emails and calls to the HR personnel. I withdrew my application at the one-month mark, but they also do not react to it at all. They are responsive until you are not chosen.

Long process with 4 different interviews consisting of meeting 3 different managers over 3 different locations, FL, AZ, Mexico. First interview with corporate recruiter unrelated to any of the job functions/sites. Second with hiring manager. Third with a secondary manager tied to the project the hire would be working on, but at a secondary offsite location.
