Medium to Difficult interview, a few different stages. Two over the phone, 1 face to face, medical assessment and giving final details to HR. Think team work, Quality and Flexibility. Prepare to give lots of examples in face to face interview. It was never intimidating.

I first received a call from Stryker, it was like a mini interview and I had to give a couple of examples. The next stage was the aptitude test, I thought this was fine, if you have basic maths, you will pass it. There was also a section on shapes. All I would say is that speed counts here, try to get through as many questions as possible. Don't dwell on the ones you don't know, just keep moving quickly. The next stage was the Gallup test, I thought this was fine, I did Google alot to try and prepare as best as possible. All I would say is that, try to think of what type of person Stryker are looking for, someone who is honest, driven, is prepared to help others, likes to have a plan/structure in order to complete tasks. Have my face to face tomorrow, fingers crossed.
