There were four rounds of interview: 1 to screen with an HR rep, 1 with the hiring manager, 1 was an online personality assessment, and the final was a four-round in-person interview with multiple members of the team. Communication between HR and the "candidate care specialist" was great until after the final interview and then it was TOTAL radio silence. I found that very disappointing
