Gallup test after 3 interviews- got ghosted after it. They kept stringing me along, emailing me every couple weeks saying they would be in touch with next steps soon. Eventually never heard back

1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.

The interview was not bad at all. There were three total rounds. One with manager, then a gallup test, then a panel interview with the manager, team lead and sales rep.
